Information
All
new parts have a 90 day warranty. All used and rebuilt parts have a 30
day warranty unless otherwise stated.
Returns
will be accepted ONLY if you are given prior approval with a return
authorization number. Include with the returned item, a copy of the
original invoice and reason for returning.
Defective
Merchandise will be replaced at no charge to you, but we will not
be held financially responsible for any labor, loss of time or item being
replaced because of misuse, abuse, or improper installation by you or your
customer.
Damaged
Packages: If you receive a damaged package, report the
damage to your carrier immediately. Do not return the package to
us. UPS will require you to keep all packaging until they can
inspect the damage. Call the UPS depot in your area to report the
damage, they will contact us to file a claim for payment. We will
replace the damaged items to you at no additional cost. We are not responsible
for loss resulting from non-compliance with the above procedure. For
truck freight damages, you must file a damage claim with the
trucking company.
Restocking
fees: Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee within 60
days and 15% over 60 days.
